CONTINGENCY
SEARCH
The key to a successful contingency search is heavily driven by the size of the network of contacts and the relationship with these contacts. As a practice-focused only search firm, we have an unrivaled network of contacts and relationships with a broad range of contentious lawyers.
RETAINED SEARCH
Typically a fully retained search is created on a bespoke basis to cater to each individual client's needs. We would map out the market with a list of candidates that meet and exceed the client's needs and thereafter present the list to the client. Following on, in-depth interviews are conducted to produce a shortlist to the client.
PARTNER SEARCH
We apply the same ethos to partner search as we do for retained searches. Our in-house researcher's extensive market knowledge and a keen eye for detail it ensures we only map out candidates that are highly likely to navigate through the entire process successfully.
